■ All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. In the event of a statutory holiday in Canada: The order will be shipped the following business day.
- In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we now offer Carbon Neutral shipping on all our Canada Post expedited ground shipments. (at no extra cost)

Please be aware that JJ Malibu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/ missing items from the use of mail forwarding services. Shipping to the mail forwarding company is the only available tracking we can provide.
