How long does it take for you to ship the package out after I place an order?
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for our fulfillment team to process your order and ship it out from our warehouse (we are closed on weekends and stats holidays)
How to track my package?
After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you, your order is on its way. Click on "View your order", you will be directed to the order detail page. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number on the order detail page.
Tracking shows delivered, but there is no package in my mailbox?
Often time, carrier will mark the shipment delivered when it's still on its way to the destination. If you receive a notification saying your package is delivered today, but the package is not found, please allow 2 to 3 more business days.
How do I change my shipping address or sizes? Now that my order is placed.
If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, we will be able to make this change for you. Please email customer@jjmalibu.com

How much does shipping cost and how long does the delivery take?
Where do I enter a discount code, coupon code or gift card?
After you have added all items to your cart, click on check out and see the section for discount code/gift card code.
Can I use 2 discount code at the same time?
Sorry, in most cases, codes cannot be combined in one order.
How do I use Juicy rewards points?
First you will need to sign up with our rewards program to start collecting points! here
In your rewards account ( the pink pineapple icon that says Juicy points) select "spend points" on the right of your screen under your point total. Redeem the amount of points you'd like for the discount code.
